• ● 80% if you cancel 1 day prior to pickup date.
• ● 100% if you cancel on the pickup date or No show.

If your International Driving Permit (IDP)※ cannot be verified by the rental date, you will not be allowed to drive in Japan, and your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

※ An International Driving Permit issued in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention by a country that is a signatory to the convention.

Drivers with licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco, or Estonia must present both their original driver's license and a Japanese translation.

Pets are allowed to ride in the RVs with an additional fee (20% of your rental fee).

Pet owners will incur an extra charge for any damage caused by animals, or any special cleaning required as a result of shedding or accidents.
