HOW TO RENT AN RV
1. Make sure your diver’s license is available
A special license to drive an RV is not required.
But you need to make sure your driver’s license can be used in Japan.
Driver’s licenses allowed to driving in Japan:
・Driver’s licenses issued by public safety commissions in Japan.
・International Driving Permit issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention in conformity with the Convention’s provisions.
・Driver’s licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco, or Estonia, along with a Japanese translation of the license.

2. Decide your Rental Location ・ Select Vehicle Category ・ Fill out the Quotation Form

Decide where you want to pick up and return the RV.
We do not provide one-way rental service except Tokyo and Narita right now.
You can choose a rental location from『 Locations 』

Please fill in the required fields below and submit your information with the [Send] button.
3. Check the Follow-up Email
After you submit your request, we will check your information and reply to you as soon as possible. (Please check your spam folder if you didn’t get any response within 3 business days).
Please follow the instructions in the email, confirm your reservation and make the payment.
Once the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
4. Come to the rental location , Pick up your RV and Start your trip
Please come to the pick-up location on time.
After confirming your identity and driver’s license, we will explain all the details for you before you start to drive. So no need to worry about anything even if this is your first time to rent an RV in Japan.

5. Return the RV back to the rental location
Please return the RV on time with a full tank of gas, otherwise we will charge you extra expenses.
Please contact us as soon as you can if you can’t return the RV on time or any other unexpected situation.

● More than 10 days : 10% OFF

※Cancellation Policy
●10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel a confirmed reservation.
●20% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from 8 to 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
●30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from 6 to 2 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
●80% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 1day prior to your scheduled pickup date.
●100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel on your scheduled pickup date or No show.
※ Pet Policy
Pets are allowed to ride in the RVs with an additional fee (20% of your rental fee).
Pet owners will incur an extra charge for any damage caused by animals, or any special cleaning required as a result of shedding or accidents.
