Amount of Insurance and Compensation
In case of an accident, insurance and compensation will be provided within the following limits.

※Examples of Accidents Not Covered by Insurance
- Not report the accident to the police. (No accident report)
- Someone not declared id driving.
- Driving without valid driver's license.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol.
- Driving an extended period of rental without permission.
- In violation of other relevant provisions in the rental contract.
※Payment will be made in accordance with the insurance company's terms and conditions.
Compensation(Optional)
'Economy Compensation' is included in the rental, but cutomers can upgrade to 'Standard Compensation' or 'Premium Compensation' accordingly.
Each location has different coverage details and deductibles. Please check carefully.
※We recommend adding this option since it is very expensive to repair vehicle in Japan.

Non-Operation Charge(NOC)
If the vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to a traffic accident, theft, braek down, defacement, or other causes not attributable to Japan C.R.C., the customer will be changed a NOC as a part of the compensation for loss of sales opportunities during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle.

Roadside Assistance
In case of trouble, we subscribe to roadside assitance.
In case of any troubles suck as failure to start the engine, dead battery, broken belt, flat tire, looking of the key inside the vehicle,
running out of gas, towing of vehicle involved in an accident etc., please reach the emergency contact for roadside assitance.
※Please be aware that the towing cost over 150,000JPY will be changed
to the customer.
※Customers will be changes even subscribing to all compensation plans.
※Even if the rental vehicle cannot run its own and is forworded by a tow truck, it will not compensate for
transportation and accommodation expenses from the accident site to your place to stay.
